Daily practice of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama

Nadi Shodhana or alternate nostril breathing is one of the yogi breath practices (Pranayama). This breathing practice is very easy to learn and brings great benefits of calming and balancing energy. Regular practice of course will bring greater and more noticeable results than just dipping into it here and there. I have been practicing it in the morning and evening before my silent meditation.

How to practice Nadi Shodhana

I found the following video instructions by Atmarpit Dr. Suprina very well explained, simple, and inspiring. Please take a look. I suggest making some notes so you can refer to later if needed.
