A gentle-paced yoga movement and mini restorative session for everyone. We’re creating a cozy relaxing space to cultivate wellness from a place of deep rest and balance.
An evening yoga class for all levels including complete beginner. A gentle-paced sequence of movement focus on balancing, improving energy flow, body-mind relaxation, and deep restoration. Advance booking by email is recommended for easy registration. Please bring 2 blankets and a small cushion. A yoga mat will be provided if you don’t have one yet.
Block booking is available: 5 consecutive classes for the price of 4. Simply pay for the pass online with this booking or, pay with cash when you come to the class.
