A gentle-paced yoga movement and mini restorative session for everyone. We’re creating a cozy relaxing space to cultivate wellness from a place of deep rest and balance.
An evening yoga class for all levels including complete beginner. Gentle-paced focus on balancing, improve energy flow, body-mind relaxation, restoration. Advance booking by email is recommended for easy registration. Please bring a blanket and a small cushion. Own yoga mat is recommended. For your convenience, please bring the exact change of money to pay for the class.
