Beginning and ending with stretching, reaching a peak in the middle. This practice encompasses warm up, dynamic warm up (Sun salutations) and then poses built into 2 or 3 sequences, which may also include some optional arm balances, as well as standing poses and standing balances. Core strengthening, heart opening, inversions, and hip opening will all be visited before our final rest and class closing.
