Open levels | All welcome
DANCEmandala FLOW is a guided movement class supported by a 12 layer DM Body Pathway map and carefully selected healing music. The practice is non-contact and movers are encouraged to bring awareness inward to focus on their own natural movement, breathe and visualization. It is an accessible and welcoming space created for everyone interested in exploring authentic expression through a balance of movement and stillness. One of the invitations is to come home to your body to experience aliveness, vitality, and a sense of freedom and deep positivity as well as the ability to manage stress, develop flexibility, and gain new opening.
