19 January 2019 (9.00 – 16.30)
about the course
This one day course will give you a good introduction to Restorative Yoga through practical study. You will learn how to create a sequence of poses for your personal practice and to integrate into your class teaching if you are already a yoga teacher. The course covers theory and practice and two restorative sessions. You will learn through experiencing each pose for yourself and from teaching the poses to others.
This course is not only a chance to discover new practical tools for relaxation and stress management, it is also an opportunity for you to recharge, refresh and take a break away from your busy schedule. Taught by experienced, qualified and caring teachers, this introductory study will inspire you towards greater health and more awareness of the importance of relaxation. This course includes a healthy vegetarian lunch. A day of learning in the lush, tropical gardens of Chiang Mai’s Yoga Tree centre will leave you feeling relaxed and inspired. The course will be led by Kru Dara and supported by Areeradh. Suitable for both yoga beginners and experienced practitioners.
